N: Nu, chiar deloc. Le pot face pe amandoua in acelasi timp foarte bine.
SQM: Ce ne poti spune despre nutritie, exercitii cardio in afara terenului si orele de somn?
SQM: Ai o pregatire psihologica anume pentru fiecare meci?
SQM: Multumim inca o data, Nour!
Jucatorii romani sa continue sa se antreneze din greu si sa isi atinga telurile atat in squash cat si in viata personala. Hello Nour! Thank you for the interest shown in answering a few questions for SquashMania.ro First of all, tell us when did you have your first contact with squash and what were your thoughts at that time?
Well it all started when I used to visit the courts with my brother who was playing squash at that time and I only went there to watch later on coaches there decided that I should give it a try and since then it was Squash the first and only sport in my life and it all started.
How much time do you dedicate to squash every day?
Well it depends on the day but usually from 3 to 4 hours a day I take Fridays off.
With all your time and focus on squash, do you feel you missed out on a normal college life?
Not at all I do both at the same time, I just graduated from school a month ago and starting college this month so an exciting transition for me.
What can you tell us about nutrition, cardio workouts off-court and sleeping hours?
Well I am trying so hard with my food but sometimes I go off course (maybe all times) but I enjoy cardio and workouts at the gym but most of the time I prefer spending time on the squash court.
What do you do when you don’t play squash? What is your favorite hobby?
Tennis and soccer(football) are my favorite 2 hobbies I love watching and playing both
Do you have a mental preparation process for each game? Could you please tell us more about your pre-game routines?
Yes of course I have .. I love to go an hour early before my match and I prefer to watch some squash before my match and to sit by myself with my headphones .
What made you pick up squash over another more popular sport?
Well as I told you in the beginning i was just going with my brother and step by step I loved squash and I loved the challenging point that I have to challenge myself every time to do something better than before and then squash turned to be all of my life.
Who are the international squash players that you enjoy playing with and what have you learnt from them?
I think Nicol david I love playing with her and I learnt from her game a lot and her attitude on court and off court she’s really inspiring
What do you think it’s harder? To become a top player or to stay there?
No I think to become a top player is harder than anything.. you can reach the top but its hard to stay in the top and play the same level or even better.
