Can be used to improve such things as:
– speed, movement & balance,
– racquet skills, fitness & stamina,
– decision making and shot selection,
– to improve the standard of players of all levels, from beginner to professional player,
– to develop specific areas, or many areas of the game at the same time, depending on what the player and coach are aiming to achieve.
